She is Founder & CEO of Tonna&Co — an impact advisory firm providing management consulting and strategic services to purpose driven organizations. Tonna has served as an investor, chief of staff & strategist at Goldman Sachs, Girls Who Invest, Harlem Capital and a number of diversity focused venture capital funds.

She has collaborated with various Fortune 500 companies and executives from Google, Salesforce, Eli Lilly, Harvard Business School, Diane Von Furstenberg, and Pharell's Black Ambition. Tonna has also worked alongside the State of New York Governor’s Office and the City of New York Mayor’s Office providing recommendations on tech policy and legislation.

Tonna has served as a contributing author at Business Insider, covering sustainability, diversity and profiles of top Wall Street executives. She has published research and thought leadership on diversity in finance, entrepreneurship and the VC industry.
