Wunmi Onile-Ere is an accomplished Commercial Real Estate Development Professional with extensive experience managing large-scale projects. As a Project Director at a development consulting firm, she leads project management for various public-private partnership ventures, and commercial development projects for government, private, and non-profit clients.

Wunmi’s multi-functional capabilities span strategic business planning, development management, construction management and financial analysis. She has managed over $500 Million in projects, including overseeing a master planned community developing 302 single-family units with resort style amenities, and overseeing inclusion efforts for minority-, women-owned and local firms in construction and tenant leasing opportunities in the JFK Airport Redevelopment. She also has direct project oversight for a new health and beauty manufacturing venture anchored with a business incubator and accelerator under construction at Brooklyn Navy Yard.

Prior to Commercial Real Estate, Wunmi was a well-awarded global Oil Commodities Trader. Wunmi is passionate about driving transformative projects that overdeliver expected return and social impact.

Wunmi Onile-Ere earned a MBA from Colombia Business School, a BA in Economics and International Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Real Estate Management certificate from Harvard Business School Executive Education. She is an Alum of Project Reap and the LISC Developers of Color Program.
